While tailored TV guide functionality won't appear outside of the US at launch, Microsoft revealed that all apps will have OneGuide functionality, displaying recommended categories from multiple entertainment sources at a glance.

Other system features confirmed for launch include Xbox Fitness, Xbox Video, Xbox Music, Internet Explorer, Skype, SkyDrive, and Video Upload.

"This list is just the first wave of partners coming to Xbox One," read a press release.

"We will continue to announce more partners coming to the platform and just like we did for Xbox 360, we will launch new entertainment apps every month."

Meanwhile, all Xbox One users will receive free Skype credit for six months.

Microsoft recently revealed how quickly Xbox One can redeem product codes.

Xbox One will be available on November 22 in North America and parts of Europe.
